Our Story

Asia Rapid Logistics has headquarters in Shenzen, China with shareholders from VGL and DEX-I. VGL is an ecosystem company strategically invested in by Alibaba's eWTP Fund and is a digital global logistics integrated network service provider. Destination Express International (DEX-I) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong First Times Group Limited in Bangladesh. It is the first listed Chinese-funded logistics company in Bangladesh and possesses its own independent customs clearance license, and has been a business agent for SF International for many years.

Asia Rapid Logistics Shenzhen branch currently offers dedicated air, sea, and land routes from China to Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan, as well as overseas warehousing and customs clearance services in the destination countries.

Asia Rapid Logistics Bangladesh branch (registered under company name High Speed Delivery (HSD) Asset Management Ltd) has 35 full-time and 400 contractual employees, more than 30 transport vehicles and two warehouses with total floor area of almost 120,000 sqft. It serves Daraz, South Asia's largest cross-border e-commerce platform, more than 30 cross-border merchants and has established good cooperative relationships with the local police, tax authorities, and customs in Bangladesh.
